What is a Lucky 15 bet?
How do I use the Lucky 15 Calculator?
- Enter your unit stake (the amount per bet).
-
Choose Win Only or Each Way.
- Select your odds format (Fractional or Decimal).
-
Add the odds for each of your 4 selections.
- Mark each selection as Winner, Placed, or Loser.
- Hit Calculate Returns to see your payout breakdown.
What’s the difference between Win Only and Each Way?
Win Only means you are betting solely on your selections to win.
Each Way doubles your stake per selection, covering both Win and Place outcomes. This is common in horse racing.
How do I switch between Fractional and Decimal odds?
You can toggle between Fractional (e.g. 5/2) and Decimal (e.g. 3.50) formats by selecting the option under Odds Format. The calculator works with both.
What does “Each Way odds: 1/4, 1/5, 1/3” mean?
What does the “Bonus” option do?
Some bookmakers offer Lucky 15 bonuses:
- 10% extra if you have 2 winners
- 15% extra if you have 3 winners
- 20% extra if all 4 win
Our calculator lets you add these bonuses or even set a Custom % if your bookmaker offers a different deal.
What is the “Rule of 4”?
Rule 4 is a deduction applied by bookmakers when a horse is withdrawn after you’ve placed your bet. It reduces your winnings based on the odds of the withdrawn horse. Tick this box if Rule 4 applies to your bet.
How does the Return Breakdown work?
Once you calculate, you’ll see:
- Singles – payout from each individual winning bet.
- Doubles – payout from pairs of winners.
- Trebles – payout from three winners combined.
- Fourfold – payout if all 4 win.
This breakdown makes it easy to see where your returns come from.
